My AI Fitness ("we", "the App") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. See also our Terms of Service.

Data we collect

Account information (name, email, profile settings)
Fitness and nutrition logs you enter or that AI tools write on your behalf
Health-related data you choose to record (labs, vitals, protocols)
Coach chat messages and AI-generated coaching notes
Usage and error diagnostics when enabled by your instance operator

How we use data

Data powers personalized coaching, progress tracking, and product improvement. LLM providers process prompts according to their policies when you use AI features. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data from Settings → Data. Account deletion is permanent and removes associated records from the database.
