Terms of Service

• You (the user) are responsible for installing, hosting, configuring, and securing your own instance of My AI Fitness.
• The developers of My AI Fitness do not host your data, access your instance, or provide any cloud service.
• All data (workouts, nutrition logs, health information, TRT details, lab results, injuries, etc.) stays on your infrastructure.

• All suggestions, workout plans, nutrition advice, recovery recommendations, TRT-related insights, or any other content generated by the AI Coach are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or were told by the App.
• You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the App's output. Consult qualified healthcare professionals before starting any new exercise program, changing your diet, using supplements, or modifying hormone/TRT protocols.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or negative health outcome resulting from use of the App.

The Health section lets you log protocols, lab results, symptoms, and vitals you choose to enter. This module operates on a harm-reduction information model:

• You enter your own data. Substance names, doses, and protocols are free-text fields you control. The App does not prescribe, sell, source, or endorse any substance.
• AI responses are educational only. The Health Coach provides general information about monitoring, bloodwork cadence, and known risks — not medical advice, diagnosis, or instructions to use or avoid any compound.
• No endorsement. Discussing a substance you are tracking does not mean My AI Fitness recommends it. We assume you have made your own independent decisions.
• Consent required. You must acknowledge the health disclaimer before using this module. You assume all risk for health decisions based on App output.
• Get real bloodwork. Use licensed laboratories and qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions, dosing, and treatment.

• My AI Fitness can store sensitive health information (injuries, medications, lab results, hormone levels, etc.).
• If you are subject to HIPAA (or similar laws like GDPR Article 9), you are the data controller. The developers of this App are not a Business Associate and do not sign BAAs.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your self-hosted instance meets applicable privacy, security, and medical data laws in your jurisdiction.
• We strongly recommend you do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) unless you have properly secured your instance and accept the associated legal risk.

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App.
• By using the App, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized usage patterns solely to improve the open-source project (only if you voluntarily contribute feedback or logs).

• The App is provided under its open-source license (see the repository for the exact license).
• You may use, modify, and run the App for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not offer My AI Fitness as a hosted service to third parties without explicit permission.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of AI-generated advice
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Security of your self-hosted instance
• Continuous availability or bug-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers, contributors, and maintainers of My AI Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, injury, or health issues) arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Any health or medical decisions you make based on the App
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Any breach of applicable laws regarding health data

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your instance.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
